Booking Policies

How confirmation works

  • Submitting a booking request creates an on-screen booking reference; it does not by itself confirm the reservation.
  • A reservation is confirmed after the applicable payment is successfully completed and a booking confirmation/eTicket is issued.
  • Please keep your booking confirmation and eTicket available for check-in.

Cancellations & refunds

  • More than 72 hours before departure: a cancellation may qualify for a refund, less applicable processing fees.
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: a partial refund or future credit may be offered at the operator’s discretion.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are generally non-refundable.
  • If the operator cancels, the guest may be offered rescheduling, future credit, or a refund as appropriate.
  • Special events, private charters, promotional offers, and holiday cruises may have separate cancellation terms communicated at booking.
